Program Overview
- Associate Degree
Pre-Health Studies is an associate degree for students who are uncertain about their career goals in health care. The program will provide students with the opportunity to take general education and preparatory courses for a chosen field in health sciences. Additionally, the program is designed to provide the students with an opportunity to consider career alternatives.
The curriculum is very similar to the first two years of any student at Baptist University. However, it does include a Career Planning in Health Sciences course that is required for all students in the program. This particular course is designed to give an overview of careers in the health care field. As a result, the students will receive necessary knowledge for beginning career planning in health sciences.
