BUCOM Scholarly Activity Reporting Form
Please utilize the Scholarly Activity Reporting Form to report scholarly publications and presentations delivered. Your submissions are crucial for COCA reporting and will enable acknowledgment of your achievements in our forthcoming research newsletter.
Faculty and Staff Research Intent Form:
Researchers must register their research with their department or program chair and the BUCOM Office of Research through the Research Intent Form that includes a short, general description of the proposed research:
- Research Question
- Research Methodology and Analysis
- Anticipated Outcomes
- Alignment with BUCOM mission
The Office of Research will maintain records of all registered research. The University president, BUCOM dean, senior associate deans (BUCOM) or division deans can request reports of all research registration records at any time from the Office of Research.
Please submit this registration/intent form prior to initiating any new scholarly research project.
