Transcript Requests & Directions:

All official transcripts from Baptist Health Sciences University must be ordered from the National Student Clearinghouse at http://www.studentclearinghouse.org. Select “Order-Track-Verify" and then select Baptist Health Sciences University from the list of schools.

Official transcripts from the Baptist School of Nursing (ended in 1997) or St. Joseph's School of Nursing can also be ordered from the National Student Clearinghouse at http://www.studentclearinghouse.org. Select “Order-Track-Verify" and then select the appropriate school name (from Memphis, Tennessee) from the list of schools.

Currently, transcripts are only available for delivery electronically (by email). Transcripts delivered electronically are official and secure.
